Welcome to Our School Council!
At Ferney Lee Primary School, we believe that every child’s voice matters. Our School Council is a special group of pupils who are chosen by their class peers to help share ideas, make decisions, and improve our school for everyone.
What is the School Council?
The School Council is a group of pupils elected by their peers to represent the views and ideas of all pupils. It plays a key role in making our school a better place to learn and grow.
Our Purpose
The School Council gives pupils a voice in school decisions and helps create a positive and inclusive school environment. We believe that when pupils are involved in shaping their school, everyone benefits.
What Does the School Council Do?
Our School Council:
-
Gathers ideas and suggestions from pupils in their classes.

-
Works on projects such as charity events, eco-initiatives, and school activities.

Children in Need
on 14th November, it's Children in Need Day. We will be having a non-uniform day and £1 suggested donation.
Meetings
In recent meetings we have discussed:
What new equipment would the pupils like to see?
We are collecting ideas from each class on voting on what is going to be the best option of equipment for the school!
